If you are operating under the NSW Government, please note:
Major rule changes coming to the Peak Demand Reduction Scheme rule, please refer to the below email from the NSW Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water.
The changes to water heaters include:
• limiting the commercial water heater activity to larger units that cannot receive Small Scale Renewable Energy Scheme incentives
This rule change will now mean that any water heater systems under 425 Lites will no longer be eligible under the Peak Demand Reduction Scheme and therefore create zero PRC certificates.
25ltr hot water units being swapped for 180lt units is not good for the environment !

Last Friday, an announcement was made, that commercial participants will no longer be able to claim PRCs for heat pump hot water systems which are also eligible to claim STCs.
The changes have been made in response to concerns over a number of 'no cost' heat pumps being offered under the program and reported high pressure sales tactics and poor-quality installations associated with them.

Start of a little re-roof in Boronia st last week, couldn't have picked a hotter week to take it on but the boys had a crack regardless. All old material recycled where possible, 200sqmts of tiles crushed and used as a road base.
